The 2-story house was built in
the spring `98. It has 5 rooms / studio for in each case 2-3 persons, two
3-Zimmer-Appartments in the ground floor and 2 apartments on the first
floor. Each room has a big balcony with splendid outlook over the village
Arilla with his/its green hill-landscape and over the sea until after
Corfu, Paxi and Antipaxi. The rooms are furnished with two beds, wardrobe,
table, 4 chairs and a radio. As well, each room has an individual bath
with shower and WC. The 3-Rooms -Appartments, approximately 100 qms, a
well developed kitchen, a deep refrigerator, satellites have TVs with all
free foreign programs, beds for 6 people.
